Group Meditation & Reset Circle

Life moves fast. Nervous systems get tired. Minds get noisy.
This monthly meditation circle is an invitation to slow it all down.
Each month, I’ll guide you through a deeply nourishing meditation designed to:
• Calm and rebalance the nervous system
• Reduce stress and mental overwhelm
• Reconnect you with yourself and your inner compass
• Gently set intentions that feel aligned, not forced
• Support emotional, energetic, and spiritual wellbeing
Alongside the meditation, I’ll be sharing simple, practical tools and insights to help you live a more fulfilled, aligned life. Things you can actually take away and use day to day. I will also use Reiki to cleanse our energy.
