Rapid Reiki has been created for those who are short on time, curious about energy healing, or would simply like to experience a session with Nichola before committing to a longer appointment.

 

This focused treatment offers a gentle yet powerful energetic reset, helping you to pause, reconnect and restore balance.

 

Your appointment includes:

 

• 10-minute chakra assessment to identify areas of energetic imbalance, depletion or overactivity.

• 20-minute Rapid Reiki treatment designed to encourage deep relaxation, calm the nervous system and support your body’s natural healing processes.

 

Many people choose Rapid Reiki when they are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, mentally scattered, or simply in need of some time to recharge. Clients often leave feeling lighter, calmer and more centred. Whether you’re completely new to Reiki or already understand the benefits of energy healing, this shorter session provides an accessible way to prioritise your wellbeing, even on the busiest of days.
